These music visualisations are based on Natalie's experience of synesthesia in which she associates specific colours to words and sounds. The artwork is in response to a specific piece of music and Natalie uses her synesthetic experience to inform the colour palette of the artwork, while the brush strokes and mark-making represent rhythms and/or melodies to create a visual representation of the song.
